Martyn Scriven, Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Martyn Scriven is the Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited and Chairman of FRIWM's Audit Committe with 40 years' experience in the finance industry. He joined Barclays in 1965, serving in a number of senior Group positions before becoming Jersey Director in 1994, a role he held until his retirement in 2003. He continues to retain a number of Non-Executive appointments both with Barclays and other finance related businesses. He is currently an Executive Director of Capvis GP II Ltd, a Swiss private equity group. He is a Trustee of Jersey Finance Ltd and Secretary of the Jersey Bankers' Association, serving on several working parties associated with regulatory, legal and tax matters. He balances these mainly finance related interests with the Chairmanship of CDP Sigma Ltd, the Channel Islands office supply company, and as Trustee for Jersey Homes Trust, the main local provider of new social housing in the island.

Trevor Falle, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director

Trevor Falle is the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM) and a Director of Ashburton (Jersey) Limited. Prior to joining the Group in 1997, he was the Managing Director of John Govett Management (Jersey) Limited and before then, Marketing Director at both Robert Fleming and ANZ Grindlays in Jersey. He has also worked in the USA and the City of London. Trevor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.

Nick Taylor, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director

Nicholas Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director ofFirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM) and Ashburton (Jersey) Limited. He is responsible for all Group Finance, Operational, IT and Personnel matters. After graduating as an electrical engineer, Nicholas joined Coopers & Lybrand, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Following secondments to Coopers & Lybrand in London and Nairobi, where he gained experience in computer audit and management consultancy, Nicholas returned to Jersey, gaining further experience as a Management Consultant in offshore financial services. He joined the Group in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Geoff Gavey, Executive Director

Geoff Gavey is an Executive Director of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM), which also owns Ashburton (Jersey) Limited, the successful and well established Investment Management arm based in Jersey, and the Managing Director of FirstRand Trustees Limited. Prior to joining the Group in 1997, he was a Director of Fairbairn Trust Company Limited, a subsidiary of Old Mutual and prior to that worked for Lloyds Bank International in both Guernsey and Gibraltar. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Derek Breed, Non-Executive Director

Derek Breed is a Non-Executive Director ofFirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM). He is a co-founder of Ashburton and the Jersey General Group (later changed to FRIWM). His career in finance and investment spans over 45 years and he lectures extensively on the inter-action of global economies within the financial markets. Derek is a Non-Executive Director of FRIWM.

Willie Miller, Non-Executive Director

Willie Miller is a Non-Executive Director of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM). He qualified as an Industrial Engineer in 1982 and obtained a MBA in 1985, with his thesis focusing on the impact of dividend policy on equity prices. He joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1986 as Partner in the Management Consulting Division. In 1996 Willie joined Rand Merchant Bank as a member of the project team to establish a presence in the retail market. This culminated in the formation of Origin, a structured lending business. Subsequently Willie held several executive positions within the FirstRand Group such as CEO of Origin (1999), CEO of Ansbacher (2002), CEO RMB Private Bank (2005) and currently CEO FNB Wealth Segment.

Frans Truter, Non-Executive Director

Frans Truter is a Non-Executive Director of FirstRand International Wealth Management Holdings Limited (FRIWM). He previously worked with Deloittes and the South African Reserve Bank before joining Momentum in 1988 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2004, he was appointed Director of Strategic Investments at Momentum. He is also presently a Director of Advantage Asset Managers, Lekana, FirstRand International, RMB Multi Managers and Futuregrowth. Frans is a member of various Audit Committees of the Momentum Group including FRIWM.
